To Kill A Spider? A short art indie music video created for Ben Blanchard of The Weatherman

I am currently working on a project entitled “GHOSTS, animals in captivity.”
A series of B/W images of animals from land and sea that hopefully reveal the animal spirit as viewed from behind their glass and metal cages.

BBQ Trailer, Salton Sea, CA 2009. Bombay Beach draws you in from the highway with a “some services available ” sign.  The Salton Sea looks like an amazing mirage from the highway, once you drive up to it’s shores you will sink up to your ankles in dead tilapia. There is something mesmerizing about the decay. Salt covers everything. When standing there, you feel as if you have entered a time lapse decomposition……yes, people still live there. The water, blue as it is, has a high bacteria count from all of the dead fish. The salinity is higher than the Pacific Ocean. I can’t wait to go back.
